If you have completed the mindfulness course you are very welcome to come to the next All Day Retreat, a day of meditations, silence, walking outside and inspirational readings. Time: 10.30am-4.30pm

These 3 hr sessions are open to anyone who has completed an MBSR/MBCT eight week course or equivalent. It’s a chance to reconnect with the benefits of mindfulness and with each other whether you are managing any daily practice or none. Various guided meditations, some silence, inspirational readings, tea and biscuits and sharing. Time: 2.30-5.30pm

Deepening into Ease and Joy Course

This eight-week course for graduates of MBSR or MBCT will develop and extend the themes of letting go and acceptance that are found within these programmes. Through meditation, movement practices, reflection and discussion, we will explore how the practice of letting go can support ease and joy in our lives.

Leaning into Uncertainty

This day of practice and reflection for graduates of eight-week mindfulness courses will examine skilful ways that we can meet uncertainty and our reactivity to it without becoming overwhelmed. We will explore together how we might access a sense of trust and develop our capacity to engage wholeheartedly in an uncertain world.
